FYI - Based on the 16 June Response to Office Action<https://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn99194140&docId=ROA20250616205122&linkId=3> for 99194140, the USPTO's Response to Office Action form apparently does not understand and preserve Unicode characters in wordmarks. Below is my alert to the USPTO.

Subject: 99194140 - МОО YORK CREAMERY - Unicode Characters In Wordmark Became ??? Via 16 June Response to Office Action

Yesterday, 99194140 had МОО YORK CREAMERY as the wordmark entry, where the first 3 characters were Unicode characters with decimal values 1052, 1054 & 1054. (By chance, I noticed the Unicode characters in this wordmark entry earlier and have been monitoring this application.)

With yesterday's processing of the 16 June Response to Office Action<https://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn99194140&docId=ROA20250616205122&linkId=3>, the wordmark was updated to ??? YORK CREAMERY.

This suggest that the Response To Office Action form does NOT understand and preserve Unicode characters, though the new Trademark Center application form does understand and preserve Unicode characters.

I would prefer MOO YORK CREAMERY as the wordmark using the standard characters M and O instead of the Unicode characters М and О with the decimal values 1052 and 1054 as the first three characters of the wordmark. Alas, this application is under examination, so any corrections to the wordmark entry would have to be coordinated with the examining attorney.

My point, of course, is that there appears to be a significant inconsistency in handling Unicode character between the current Application processing and the current Response To Office Action processing with regards to Unicode characters.

Please note that the 16 June Non-Final Action<https://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn99194140&docId=NFIN20250616110231&linkId=5> does show the wordmark as МОО YORK CREAMERY as the wordmark entry, where the first 3 characters were Unicode characters with decimal values 1052, 1054 & 1054, so that document confirms that МОО YORK CREAMERY was the wordmark on 16 June.

I've tried to include the examining attorney in this email but cannot confirm that my guess of the email address of that examining attorney is correct.
