[E-trademarks] Cannot file EOT

I have a pending mixed use application that has received a notice of allowance.  I filed the first EOT request in December with a request to divide, neither of which has been processed.  I have to file an additional extension of time request no later than tomorrow in this application and Trademark Center will not allow me to file another EOT because the last one has not been approved.  Calling the TM assistance Center has been fruitless so far - I keep getting a message that they cannot connect my call.  What do I do when I have to file something and trademark center will not allow me to do so?
