[E-trademarks] Cannot file EOT

I would e-mail the TAC, not so much because it will yield quicker results (or any results), but so you have a written record of your diligence.

And then try your assigned examiner.  Even though the file is out of their hands, I've had luck in the past when I've been in the same situation - the examiner can work behind the scenes to get things unstuck.

I have a pending mixed use application that has received a notice of allowance.  I filed the first EOT request in December with a request to divide, neither of which has been processed.  I have to file an additional extension of time request no later than tomorrow in this application and Trademark Center will not allow me to file another EOT because the last one has not been approved.  Calling the TM assistance Center has been fruitless so far - I keep getting a message that they cannot connect my call.  What do I do when I have to file something and trademark center will not allow me to do so?
