[E-trademarks] Orders for Certified Copies

Anyone else noticing a delay in getting certified copies?  I placed an order on May 27th (more than 3 weeks ago) and my order is still listed as “in progress.”  I sent them an email on June 10th and they responded that “due to recent cutbacks, we are working with a limited staff and this may cause delays at times.”

Fortunately I don’t have an urgent deadline.
