[E-trademarks] seven listserv members at the USPTO are gone

That explains why
I recently received
an OA that boggles my mind
indeed, indeed
it's in a Class 41 app
for online videos
where the Examiner seems
clearly not to know
that Class 38 is for streaming
like if you actually ARE YouTube
and 41 is for the videos
that we all release there, it's true
but evidence of branded YouTube videos was refused
because "we don't own the website"
so what am I to do
besides tell my client to shell out some more dough
so I can educate the Examiner on how this is to go
