[E-trademarks] Withdrawal Form Gone Insane?

Dear colleagues:

I've been trying to withdraw as attorney for a set of marks. Every single time, I'm told that the mark doesn't exist or has been too recently filed to withdraw from or the complete data about the mark isn't there (the data is all in the USPTO database - I double checked each mark. Another time it just said I'd entered the numbers in the wrong format. Again, not the case,

So none of these things are true. These are all long-existing marks or applications. Thoughts?
