[E-trademarks] 8&9 form broken?

Interestingly, I have no problem with TSDR either from browser windows that had been open to it all morning or from a different browser just and new windows.

There appear to be all kinds of issues with the USPTO’s systems today.  I can’t access the ID manual, for example.  I also get a “Server Error” message when trying to access TSDR.

Went to file today and when I attempt to upload the obj file get:
