One week after filing a tm application (through me) a client of mine received an invoice for $1320 for “filing fee,” from:

North American Trademark Publications
NATP Register Inc.
3229 Greenpoint Ave. #230
Long Island City, NY 11101-2005

The client e-mailed me, asking if he should pay it. (I said, “no”),

How do I report this scam to the USPTO?
