While the response was “EA’s do not have jurisdiction,” he was kind enough to email the ITU group and it moved them to act the same day.

We filed an extension of time in March and it has not been processed, despite a lot of nudging of USPTO by our paralegal. We have the next one due Oct 3 but we can't file it on line b.c the first one is still In limbo. Do we have to file it on paper somehow? Or fax? Who even has a fax machine these days?
