The website FAXZERO.COM offers free software based
faxing. This service was listed in the ABA Tech Show in 2023.
I've not used it.
I've personally used innoportexpress.com. Pay by the page.
No subscription few. Upload your file, Fill in the cover page and
destination phone number and they do the rest.

We filed an extension of time in March and it has not been processed, despite a lot of nudging of USPTO by our paralegal. We have the next one due Oct 3 but we can't file it on line b.c the first one is still In limbo. Do we have to file it on paper somehow? Or fax? Who even has a fax machine these days?
