Trademark Notice

We recently discovered two issues regarding applications filed with the
USPTO via the Madrid Protocol. You’re receiving this email because at least
one of your published applications or recent registrations is affected.
*What happened*

Priority dates and international registration numbers weren’t appearing on
registration certificates issued between August 12 and September 29.
Priority dates also didn’t appear in the application data published to the
electronic Official Gazette (eOG) during the same timeframe.
*What we’re doing*

We manually updated the eOG to display correct information, and we’ll fix
the issue that blocked its automated connection with our Madrid database by
the end of the week.
*What you can do*

You can download the corrected registration certificate in the Trademark
Status and Document Retrieval
