Yes, I had the same issue.  Received a Notice of Registration by email, but no registration number and there's no Registration Certificate in TSDR.  And today, like others, I received the email about the missing Madrid information on registrations... they're all over the place right now.

Yes-  I had like 5 such emails, no registration numbers and the certificates of registration are not showing in the "documents" tab-  I assume (hope?) that this will be remedied Tuesday which is the "usual" day for registrations to issue?
