[E-trademarks] Trademark Center is broken

Tried to use Trademark Center just now.  Here is what I get:

Is it really "scheduled maintenance"?  Tried to check system status.  
Here is what it says:

Yes, as far as I can see, the news that TC would get shut down at 12:01 
AM this morning got posted at 12:16 AM.

Was this shutdown actually announced in advance, and I missed it?
