I chose Microsoft Authenticator because I already use it for two other logins. It works fine across my PC, Apple phone, and iPad. It’s easy to set up and once you’ve done so just continue to log in the way you always have except where you used to choose “send a code by email”, choose Authenticator, which is a provided clickable option. Couldn’t be easier and I’ve had no problems with it.

Has anyone researched or have any thoughts on the new 2 step authentication methods required by the USPTO. For example, has anyone used OKTA, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator?
I am looking for the simplest to install/ use/ and configure across both Apple and PC devices.
Thank you!
Carla Calcagno
