[E-trademarks] What happens when the USPTO fails to collect filing fees?

A strange thing happened to me the other day
about which I am curious what you have to say
I filed a Petition to Make Special but couldn't pay
cause the filing fee had simply gone away
the screen for the fee actually did appear
but the amt was $0.00 which makes me fear
that even though I have a filing receipt
my filing will be considered incomplete
I took a screencap of the form
but how do I get my filing to conform?
Any suggestions are welcome now
as the point of the Petition was to speed things up, not slow them down
thank you for helping set me straight
while the USPTO's been quite challenging as of late
