[E-trademarks] Extension of time to file SOU when previously filed Request to Divide/SOU still pending exam.

ITU application is filed in 3 classes.  Several months ago filed Request to Divide and SOU in one class, which has not yet been examined.  The SOU deadline is approaching and we need to file a new extension request, but the file still shows all three classes.  Should we recheck the boxes indicating a Request to Divide/SOU were filed, and include a comment in the misc. comments about the previous filing?  And then pay for just the two remaining classes?  Or do we have to pay for all three as they have not formally been divided out yet?

Any one else ever encounter this and know the right way to handle it?
