[E-trademarks] Extension of time to file SOU when previously filed Request to Divide/SOU still pending exam.

I wonder if it is possible to have a new TEAS form for submitting filings
where the accurate status is not updated due to delays in the ITU division
processing. Things like requests to divide and extensions of time hold up
filings of SOUs at an increasing rate. This would be something like the
request for reinstatement due to USPTO error, where an applicant has done
everything it is supposed to do, but is held up by delays internally at the
USPTO.
I have limited confidence in my ability to file an SOU that is due in less
than two weeks, as I have been attempting to do so once every few days in
hope of a change. I cannot even file another extension request.
