[E-trademarks] Assignment question

Is this a new feature?  I asked about 2 months ago and was told it was not possible.  (I know how to share documents in Trademark Center for applications.)

Your paralegal can share the draft assignment with you before the declaration page. She will need to exit the draft, click on Home to see it, and there should be an option to share toward the right-hand side of the page.

Our new paralegal was trying to record an assignment.



She gets this form--see below--  which will not let her change her signature to mine or let her send it to me to sign my name.

But it says we paid so I don't want to start over.



I don't want her to have to sign a declaration.



Does anyone know how she got here or what we can do to fix it?
