[E-trademarks] Assignment question

There is NO way to change it to your name.  It has been this way since the new Assignment Center launched.  (I verified with the Assignment Branch supervisor.)

(One more thing that needs to be fixed!)

Subject: [E-trademarks] Assignment question

Our new paralegal was trying to record an assignment.

She gets this form--see below--  which will not let her change her signature to mine or let her send it to me to sign my name.
But it says we paid so I don't want to start over.

I don't want her to have to sign a declaration.

Does anyone know how she got here or what we can do to fix it?
