[E-trademarks] TTAB sending out erroneous Notice of Default

Hello all.

The TTAB is sending out erroneous notices of default in inter partes proceedings, stating that a timely answer wasn't filed.
Apparently, the automatic system hasn't been updated to reflect the rule change that allows 60 days to answer, instead of 40.
N.B.: both notices I have seen say that the answer is due on or before Nov. 4 (the correct date).
Perhaps someone at the USPTO will see this and make the appropriate correction.
