[E-trademarks] Security interest/assignment question

Hi All,

A just received a notification of "change of owner information" for a
trademark I monitor. And indeed the TSDR record shows a new owner.

However, if you click to the assignment, it says what was recorded is a
"security interest."  Recording a security interest shouldn't change the
Current Owner information, should it?
