Thanks for the suggestion. That's the first thing we tried, but unfortunately
TEAS won't permit the filing of an attorney withdrawal form if the USPTO
database doesn't show a currently appointed attorney.

remove your email addresses from a registration if the client has filed
something on their own and withdrawn POA but left your emails listed as
secondary correspondent emails? I've tried TMEP and Google but it's a tricky
topic to word a search  for and I haven't been able to find anything beyond
basic instructions for filing CAR forms to update owner addresses.
