[E-trademarks] How to Fix a Goods Error in Section 71 & 15 Filing

You may have a problem, as once goods are deleted from a post registration
declaration of use, they cannot be added back in. See TMEP 1604.09(b). I do
not believe claiming a mistake will help here.
This has happened before.
