[E-trademarks] No NOAs for marks published June 3 and June 10

Funny you should mention.  I have an application that was published on June
10, and I was recently noticing that it hadn't received its notice of
allowance yet.  On one hand, part of me is glad to hear that it's not just
me; on the other hand, I'm sorry to hear that a lot of others are dealing
with this as well.
