[E-trademarks] Registration Certificates for Madrid marks

Do Registration Certificates for Madrid marks no longer show the International Registration information?  I just received the second or third in which there's no mention of an International Registration, whereas this is what they used to show something like this:

OWNER OF INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION 1794266 DATED 05-06-2024,
EXPIRES 05-06-2034

I called TAC about 3-4 weeks ago to ask for a reprint of the first one I encountered, and was assured it was a USPTO mistake that would be corrected, but it hasn't yet been fixed and I've since received a few more like it.
