[Ip-transactions] Printing Copyright Search Results

If you are using Windows, it has a free built-in Snip & Sketch app for screen captures. Access it by shortcut keys Shift+Windows (command key)+s, or type “snip” in the start menu search bar, or scroll through the apps in the start menu to find it. It copies the selected screen portion to your clipboard so you may paste it into a Word document. Or, you can print it to a PDF. Or, take other actions. The downside is that it captures one window at a time and you might have to scroll down to see all the results, so one screen capture would not grab the off-screen results.

FYI, I took Kevin’s advice on this software a while back and love it. It also works with Firefox.

I’d suggest a program like FireShot Pro (available at getfireshot.com), which will allow you a WYSIWYG capture of pretty much any web page on Chrome or Edge. I think similar programs have been mentioned on the e-trademarks list.

Good afternoon,
The copyright office website seems to be printing oddly for about 2 weeks now. All text is crushed to a very narrow column in both Chrome and Firefox print jobs (regardless of printer) with wide swaths of blank white space on each side. Changing to landscape does not help. When doing lien searches, we need a record of what we searched (and hopefully) no lien results. This print job is unreadable.
I am using the advanced search: https://publicrecords.copyright.gov/advanced-search
Has anyone had this issue / figured it out?
Thanks!
