[Patentcenter] Viewing Electronic Acknowledgement Receipts For Submission Made By Support Staff

Yes and if this seems like a missing feature to you, you are not alone.

Imagine a docket clerk who would like to be able to view all of the
recent ack receipts.  The idea of course is that some rogue attorney
might have e-filed something (for example a new provisional application)
in the middle of the night and might have forgotten to mention this to
the docket desk.  So of course what absolutely needs to be possible is
for the docket desk to be able to view all ack receipts for a given
customer number, no matter who happened to do the filing.

And this worked in EFS-Web.  Except now EFS-Web is dead.  And Patent
Center fails to provide this legacy function from EFS-Web.
