Hi Katherine,

We have a number of plant patent cases here and that is how we are handling.

The marked up part B form will function as your fee worksheet and provide the payment, but you do have to have a deposit account set up.

Has anyone paid a plant issue fee since the retirement of EFS-Web? Has anyone paid a plant issue fee since the retirement of EFS-Web?  (1) It’s identified as a utility patent and the utility issue fee is shown when Web-Based Issue Fee Transmittal is chosen; (2) when I upload the PDF Part B, the only “issuance fees” options are shown below (no plant, no design); (3) I’d prefer to not fax or mail a credit card payment form with CC info shown.

Is specifying payment by deposit account on the Part B (uploaded as PDF) without online fee payment the only workaround?
