Is there a reason why the e-petition only populates the petition fee and the rce fee but not the IDS fee under 1.17(p)? And gives you no ability to manually add?

Presumably, the authorization within the SB0009 is all that's needed. But the asymmetry between that and the RCE fee is odd.
