[Patentcenter] Duplicative documents

The email e-notifications we received today included 2 listings of each document that was mailed today. When I logged in to Patent Center and pulled up the Workbench, there are 4 instances of each document in the workbench.  When I go all the way in to the Documents & Transactions tab for a matter, there is only 1 instance of the document.   Anyone else seeing this today?
