Hi Carl. Thanks for your interest.
No, the app was filed as PDF-only (filed 23 Dec 2023; before transition
date).
Issue occurs at three identical locations in paragraphs [0039], [0042],
and [0053] of US 2024 0133663 A1 ("Dart") if you want to check it out.
Filed app (PDF-only; not DOCX) was perfectly legible and clearly did not
contain typos introduced by PTO.
Besides the typos mentioned above, PTO also changed formatting of dates
and numbers in first two paragraphs of spec (actually [0001] - [0015]
as numbered in published app), making me think PTO is using some sort of
AI in combination with OCR as part of their pub prep process.
