All,

     I have been thinking and, should there be a new administration 11 
months from now, there will likely be a "housecleaning" at various 
agencies.  I am throwing out there that (if such was the case) we should 
consider lobbying for David Boundy to be appointed to replace Kathy 
Vidal so as to right the PTO ship, get some transparency and stop the BS 
once and for all.

     Just putting it out there . . .
