[Patentcenter] Fax update

Good morning everyone – Late yesterday afternoon I had to fax over some documents to the EBC and it is working again! I had forgotten about the fax being down until after I sent them, so I called the EBC and spoke to a very helpful EBC member. She confirmed the faxes are working again and she did wait on the line with me to confirm the fax went through ok. I did bring up that there hasn’t been any update on the USPTO website since the initial post and mentioned that it should be updated, or a notice sent out about service being restored. We will see…
Good luck,
Victoria

Ok, thanks. Note the recent comment about fax input not working!

I guess you mean "unable to accept credit card payments in real time
through the online payment system". So a first workaround would be to
fax in Form 2038, maybe accompanied by Form PTO/SB/92.
I can't tell from what you wrote whether the thing that was broken was
the entirety of the online payment system or only the credit-card part
of the online payment system. If the latter, then second and third
workarounds would be an EFT (ACH) debit or a charge to one's deposit
account.
