Correct.  I have to take a screen shot AND send the assignment preview PDF and have someone second eye them because the way the pdf preview looks is whacked.  Our JP address is 1-1, Kamikodanaka 4-chome … and the preview removes the spacing after the comma so it looks like I entered 1-1,Kamikodanaka – the screen shot I send to whomever I want to punish with my double check shows otherwise and the final Notice does not have the spacing issue – at least so far.

Oh – and the contact book in your My USPTO account section needs all company information in the form of a person.  First Name = Fujitsu Last Name =Limited.  I have been afraid to test the drop down – saved information – function for fear of having the system pull in the individual information instead of the info on the “company name” option that they have (but they require the first and last name of an individual despite having a company name.)

Keeping this short (after a very long call), it looks like a new “feature” of the Assignment Center is that the person who submits the assignment MUST be the person who submits it.  Your assistant can no longer input the assignments and then you review and submit it.
