[Patentcenter] Patent Center down again

Interestingly, I received an Office Action last week, and at the end, it 
implies that a response should be filed by mail or fax because it 
specifically directs us that, for a response to be considered timely, a 
transmission certificate in accordance with various cited CFR sections 
should e included followed by examples of a certificate of mailing and a 
certificate of fax transmittal!  It is almost as if this was expected 
prior to the Christmas holiday!
