[Patentcenter] Contact for issue fee payment?

Can anyone suggest who at the USPTO might be able to help me with processing an issue fee payment, other than Publications?  An issue fee payment that I authorized on 12/27 still has not been deducted, and the only help Publications can offer is to send a message to someone, but nothing is ever achieved.  Issue fee is due in 3 days and I can't tell if it's not being processed because of an error on my end with the Part B (I don't see anything that should cause an issue - so let's say a real or imagined issue), or a failure to receive, process, or acknowledge it on their end, and I'm concerned it will go abandoned because they didn't "see" the authorization.   Please, take my money!
