[Patentcenter] Responding to PCT/ISA/206 Invitation to Pay Additional Fees issued by EPO as ISA

You can pay your fees directly at the EPO online (https://fee-payment.epo.org/en/login<https://fee-payment.epo.org/en/login->) does not require a smart card, just a credit card. Make sure the card holder is available - we have gotten fraud alerts since it is a foreign transaction.

Then we file a response directly with the ISA/EP via ePCT,  similar to an election in a US restriction.

Keep time of day in mind - ePCT is on Geneva time.

I have a client that wants to respond to an invitation to pay additional fees from the EPO by requesting that only some of the additional inventions are searched.

As a US practitioner, I have not interacted directly with EPO before. What is the best way to respond to a PCT/ISA/206 from the EPO and make a fee payment for only some of the identified inventions?
