[Patentcenter] Patentcenter DNS broken - just came back up 11:28am eastern

Everyone should each send an email to the USPTO people when it is broken as I did.  The/USPTO cannot the tell lies to Congress in their reports that all is working great.

Save the emails too… for when we need as Exhibits.

Would it be possible to (easily) set up a place where we each could make a log
of specific times when PatentCenter glitches or we get a "search limit reached" error?
It might help to be able to show/document that numerous people are having issues,
rather than those issues being viewed as individual anecdotes.
A log might include time wasted, what the USPTO did or didn't do to help mitigate,
and estimated cost (if people were willing to share that).
Not that the PTO cares, but maybe Sen. Tillis or others might use the information
in approaching the PTO to ask for improvements on behalf of stakeholders.

There is something badly wrong with the USPTO's hosting of DNS:

There are ways to do DNS in a very reliable fashion.  And they do not cost a lot of money.  But the USPTO probably contracted this out to somebody incompetent.
