[Patentcenter] Is Patent Center down? (Wednesday, January 17, 2024 -- 11:55 AM ET)? Can we not pay fees?

Keep in mind that you can look in Financial Manager and it will often 
confirm that the USPTO really did receive the money.

You can also look in the fees tab of Patent Center and often it will 
confirm that the USPTO really did receive the money.
