[Patentcenter] PatentCenter Broken - Cannot access

[Patent Lawyer]

And we cannot pay fees either.  I just got this message when trying to pay an issue fee.  This is the norm, not the exception.

Dear All,

Patent Center has been broken several times over the past week.  Specifically, one cannot log in to upload any filings.

Currently, as of this moment, it is broken – one is unable to log in.

Is Patent Center going to be fixed anytime soon such that it works reliably?
