[Patentcenter] Quirk in Web85B?

I paid an issue fee today for a design application using the web85b online form in PatentCenter. Everything of significance worked fine, but I did notice one quirk. The examiner for this application was "Megan Tiana Rakos" and that's what showed on the web page as I was filling in the web85b.

But once it was created, the PDF that was submitted to the PTO threw away her middle name, and just identified her as "Megan Rakos." While I can't see a possible harm in that, it does bother me that the PDF created by PatentCenter doesn't match what was on the screen. So I contacted the EBC and their only response was that I should contact the OPAP (Office of Patent Application Processing).

Has anyone else noticed changes in the examiner's name like this? I don't think it's worth spending any more time on, but I'm curious if this was a one-off or not.
