[Patentcenter] Observations about Patent Center and SCORE [no question asked]

Yesterday, I filed a new provisional application using Patent Center.

We uploaded the drawings as "Drawings other than Black and white line drawings." (Best practice)

Some observations (the day after the filing):

(1) In score (under the tab "Supplemental Content"), the file type is listed as "Design Drawings."  I don't care.  Just noting.

(2) Today, when I select "Preview" or try to download the drawings from SCORE (to check them), I see nothing, and I get no download.  There is no preview, and nothing downloads.

(3) Under the "Documents & Transactions" tab, there is an entry "Drawings-other than black and white line drawings" (doc code DRW.NONBW).  Those drawings look like crap.  I need to ensure that SCORE has the correct (good quality) drawings, but I cannot see them on Patent Center.

Score lists the item size as 73 kb, which is close to the size of my drawings file.  The hash (Message Digest (SHA-512)) on the PTO's receipt matches my calculated hash.

So, we cannot check our filings (download the uploaded files) even the day after they are filed.

I tried this with Safari and Chrome.  Maybe I'll try with Firefox.
