Yup. The PTO has advised than electronic submission like that submits showing the sponsored person who starts the submission as the filer unless you as the signor modify the submission and then sign it.

I've been fighting with a corrected ADS, and a paralegal helped. The paralegal started the corrected ADS. I accessed the saved submission in the workbench, signed and filed the corrected ADS. But, the Electronic Ack. Receipt lists the paralegal name in the "Filed By" field. It was not filed by the paralegal. I filed it.
