[Patentcenter] Workbench trouble in PatentCenter: 2 bugs to report

Thank you Jeff.  Yes, we need to add two more bug reports to the list.

I am swamped with work just now.  I wonder if one of our volunteers can 
help with adding these bug reports to the list.
