[Patentcenter] No Payment Receipts?

I had the same problem last Friday.  I paid a design issue fee and didn't get the receipt, although I did immediately see the charge in the Fee Payment History tab for the matter in Patent Center.

Is anyone else having issues getting payment receipts? I just filed an application and got the Electronic Acknowledgement Receipt for it. Then I submitted the payment and just get a blank screen with no receipt. If I search for the application and go in to Documents & Transaction history then I see the Electronic Fee Payment document.
