[Patentcenter] No fee receipt situation

Hi,
I remember that this was happening to me months ago. I got a blank screen after paying a fee like all the users here have described. I use Safari.
If I recall, and after trying many different strategies, I ended up doing a refresh of the window (in Safari - the little half circle with the arrow) before leaving the page and the fee receipt would load.
