[Patentcenter] Glitch in Patent Crapper?

Colleague X checks his applications today and sees that two of his
applications have been viewed by CW, who is not someone associated with
this customer number.

Has anyone else encountered this?  Colleague notes that some of the
document descriptions are blank, so maybe it only *appears* that CW saw the
files but he actually didn't.
