[Patentcenter] Outgoing correspondence

EBC advised that there is an outage; I can probably access the cases through public Patent Center but not private.  Development is working on it and they are sending up escalations. No ETA yet.

Can anyone download outgoing correspondence from Patent Center today?  Immediately on logging in and going to Workbench and clicking View Correspondence I get the "search limit reached" limit error.    [on hold with EBC currently]
