Tried it. Doesn't help. Also tried opening a new "private window" (thus no cookies) in a different browser and got the same thing.

Have you tried logging out when you are logged in and getting the jumpy screen, and then logging back in?  I've had to do that several times recently and it fixed the problem.

It's still ongoing.  I can't use patentcenter when I'm logged in. This happens on two different browsers (including when I use private browsing in firefox, so there's no cache to clear). I made a short video clip showing the fast screen changes that I can send you.

I can use patentcrapper when I'm logged out, but that's not really a solution, as I can't see my unpublished applications.

Time for another letter.   Patent Center Correspondence is working for me (Sunday morning, 8:20 eastern time -- about 20 minutes after Daniel Feigelson).  If we're going to write a letter, I need enough details to be convincing. Can anyone download outgoing correspondence from Patent Center today?  Immediately on logging in and going to Workbench and clicking View Correspondence I get the “search limit reached” limit error.    [on hold with EBC currently]
