[Patentcenter] Patent Center is broken?

During the past half hour or so, I had to click and play around with
Patent Center to get it to work. Over and over again it would display
something weird like duplicate authorizations, something like that. And
I would sort of have to click around and eventually Patent Center would
return to its home page and would allow me to resume my work.
Invariably this would include losing any hint or suggestion of what
particular application I was working on at the time that Patent Center
turned weird. So on one task I was working on, it was four times in ten
minutes that I had to go find the application number and paste it in
again, to get to the "Private PAIR" page for that application.
